FIX WINDOWS PHONE APP

The Windows Phone app is horrible. It will stop playing songs, only play the first few seconds. Downloading fails a lot, however this has gotten better. Also why can't I shuffle a playlist?

I love Beats as a service, but the apps need a lot of work (web and mobile).
